Karachi Deliveries: Expect your package within 1 to 3 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: Deliveries across all other cities take 5 to 7 business days max.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our hassle-free policy below:
How it Works
Initiate your request: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Ship it back: Pack the items securely in their original packaging (unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact). You will need to ship the return parcel back to our designated return address.
Processing: Once we receive the package at our facility and verify its condition, we will process your requested refund or exchange.
Exchange & Refund
Conditions
To ensure fairness, responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
1. If the Fault is Ours (Defects, Wrong Size, or Color)
If we mistakenly sent you the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective product, we’ve got you covered entirely.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund immediately.
Shipping Compensation: We will reimburse you for the shipping charges you incurred to send the parcel back to us. This will be settled via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or as a store credit, based on your preference.
2. Change of Mind or Standard Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product due to a change of mind, style preference, or an incorrect size selection on your part:
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the original item back to our address.
A small replacement shipping fee will apply to dispatch your new exchange parcel to your doorstep.
